"Looks fine, but I expected more for the price"
The jewelry looked okay when it arrived, and maybe I was just expecting too much for what I paid. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, but the pieces felt a little cheaper than I thought they would. I probably should’ve paid closer attention before ordering, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d call a great value.

"Really happy with how it turned out"
Umm, I got my necklace last week and I’m really happy with it. It feels solid and definitely not cheap, and the stones look nice and clean too. Pleased overall.

"Delivery details could be clearer"
I just wish there had been more real info about the delivery. The updates felt a bit too vague, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on or when to expect it. Everything might have been fine in the end, but clearer tracking would definitely make the experience feel easier.

They did end up fixing my issue, but it took longer than I expected. I also got transferred around a couple of times, which was frustrating because I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not the smoothest experience...

Got my chain last week and, reading between the lines, I was half expecting it to feel a bit lighter in person, but it actually feels solid. The silver has a proper weight to it, not that cheap flimsy feel, and the stones look like what was shown in the photos. It also came with the authenticity card, which was a nice reassurance. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

"Should’ve trusted my gut on the return process"
The exchange ended up taking way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, the answers felt vague and didn’t really clear anything up. I kept hoping it would get sorted quickly, but i should’ve trusted my gut when it started feeling like a hassle. Not a great experience.

"Sizing just didn’t work out for me"
I ordered a ring from Ice Star Jewelry the sizing was just... not right for me. I checked their size chart before buying, but when it arrived it was still way too tight. The ring itself looks nice enough, so that part was fine, but I can’t really wear it for long without it bothering me. Kind of frustrating because I thought I measured correctly and everything. Just wish the sizing had been more accurate.
